People

Director : Teresa Pereira

Teresa has over 20 years of Architectural experience specializing in the design of Urban Regeneration mixed use neighbourhoods in Europe and Australia. She has most recently delivered multiple award-winning projects for Lendlease, and AMP Capital. Through a design lens, Teresa has led the feasibility, concept design and design development of over 2000 apartments and contributed to the Masterplan vision of Darling Square (Sydney), Waterbank (Perth), RNA (Brisbane), the international competition for the White Bay bid (Sydney) and delivering strategic Retail Place solutions for New Zealand and Australian.
